Field & Civil Construction Roles
Field Operations

As part of the Field & Civil Construction team at Hextel, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining telecom infrastructure. Whether you're climbing towers or leading civil crews, you'll ensure safe, high-quality installations that power our network.
Tower Technician (Climber) Install, maintain, and upgrade telecom equipment on towers and rooftops.
Civil Technician Perform trenching, conduit installation, grounding, concrete, and utility prep work.
Civil Foreman Lead field crews on fiber trenching, power runs, and site prep — ensure daily progress and safety.
Tower Foreman Supervise tower crew operations, rigging, RF/antenna work, and quality assurance.

Join our leadership team to manage complex field operations across telecom and energy sectors. These roles involve high-level coordination, scheduling, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
Construction Manager Oversee day-to-day field execution, scheduling, and multi-site coordination.
Project Manager (Telecom/Energy) Manage full project life cycle, subcontractors, compliance, and delivery timelines across regions.

Power & Energy Roles

As part of the Power & Energy team, you’ll play a key role in advancing critical infrastructure—ranging from EV charging installations to fiber splicing. You’ll work hands-on to ensure safety, performance, and seamless connectivity for modern energy systems.
EV Charging Installer / Electrician Licensed electrician or journeyman responsible for Powerwall and L2 charger installations.
Low-Voltage Tech / Fiber Splicer Terminate fiber, test lines, and support handoffs to network ops teams.
